Curl/Press

Kettle Bell Swings

Straight Leg Situps

Front Lateral Raises

Bent Over Row

In and Outs

After sets 12-7 complete a “combine run” 4 cones paced out 30 yrds each in a square, sprint to cone 1, side slide to cone 2, back pedal to 3, side slide to four x 2

After sets 6-1 Ruck to bottom of garage and back to top
