· 4 minutes at 5K-plus pace (85-90% – not slow!)
· 1 minute – recover

This time we are in is up and down. I recognize my privilege to have a job and have my health.
And I recognize that this new “normal’ involves a lot of uncertainty and unknowns.
I have been trying to keep myself on a news diet and trying to find the fun with my kids.
I had some of my best laughs doing 2 Truths and a Lie at dinner as a way for the kids to learn about me when I was their age.
