Here’s what happened at the Wreck Center this morning.

Today is a beautiful day. Get out there and do this if you can.

It was great to see @Puck come by the Wreck Center!

Big shout out to @Kodak and @RA for continuing to motivate me and get me out of bed.

WARM:

20 SSH

20 Imperial Walkers

20 Lunges (L-R = 1)

20 Merkins

THANG:

5 minute warm-up run

5 – 5 minute intervals

·       4 minutes at 5K-plus pace (85-90% – not slow!)

·       1 minute – recover

For the finish: 1-2 minutes AYG. Push it real good!

5 minute recover run – if you did it right, you should need it

MARY:

25 flutter kicks

1 Big Boy Sit, 4 American Hammers (X 5)

This time we are in is up and down. I recognize my privilege to have a job and have my health.

And I recognize that this new “normal’ involves a lot of uncertainty and unknowns.

I have been trying to keep myself on a news diet and trying to find the fun with my kids.

I had some of my best laughs doing 2 Truths and a Lie at dinner as a way for the kids to learn about me when I was their age.
