Quick Warm Up – 10 daisy cutters

Thang 1 – Mosey to Barrie Park

Thang 2 – Conquer the Hill

  1. 10 rounds up the hill.  10 merkins at the top after the first trip, 9 after the 2nd, 8 after the 3rd, until you complete 10.
  2. 20 Box Jumps, choose your height

Thang 3 – Head back to the Wreck Center

  1. Stop at the lawn at Adams and Lombard.
  2. 20 Spider Lunges into Frogger Jumps
  3. 15 Big Boys
  4. 30 second plank
  5. 20 Tuck Jumps
