Quick Warm Up – 10 daisy cutters
Thang 1 – Mosey to Barrie Park
Thang 2 – Conquer the Hill
- 10 rounds up the hill. 10 merkins at the top after the first trip, 9 after the 2nd, 8 after the 3rd, until you complete 10.
- 20 Box Jumps, choose your height
Thang 3 – Head back to the Wreck Center
- Stop at the lawn at Adams and Lombard.
- 20 Spider Lunges into Frogger Jumps
- 15 Big Boys
- 30 second plank
- 20 Tuck Jumps
